Our Services… Option 1 full rental to Short Term Rental:
Step 1: We rent your property from you, paying you up to 10% more than your current monthly yield.
Step 2: Within a 4 week timeframe your property will be given the ‘Evory Properties Magic Touch’ - ticking all the boxes needed to turn it into a successful Serviced Accommodation property.
Step 3: We will then place your property on our platforms for rental to third parties, including travelling contractors, corporate lets, and travel and tourism lets.

All properties managed by Evory Properties LTD will be covered by our Insurance policy in addition to your own insurance policies, meaning that we will deal with insurance matters and claims first.
Our Services…Option 2 Management:
Step 1: We assess your property for eligibility of becoming a short term rental
Step 2: We advise and handle any changes needed to operate your property as a short-term rental
Step 3: After any changes needed, we then place your property on our short-term rental platforms to third parties, including contractors, corporate lets and travel and tourism lets. We manage the process from booking to check-out and beyond, working hard to ensure the process is seamless for property owners and guests alike.
Fees: our management fees are a £250 initial consult and set up fee (including initial and ongoing listing management). Thereafter, our fees are 18% commission of the Nightly rental rate.
However, flexible management packages can be discussed.
